Program Assessment
One of the most popular consulting services is a program assessment. We evaluate your current overall background screening program to the current FCRA Standards and Industry Best Practices to help identify any potential gaps in coverage.
Process Improvement
Are you struggling with turnaround time or quality issues? We can evaluate the process flow and look for ways to optimize it by eliminating waste; or if errors are the problem—we will look at the applicable human factors and system touches to see if there are alternate solutions available to reduce or prevent the issue.
Project Management
Have we identified projects that you need to complete to bring your operation in line as a result of our Program Assessment, or do you already have projects that need to be completed, but you just don’t have the resources to do them? Outsource these projects to a seasoned professional to manage the project through completion.
